Elaine Diana Gong Chan has over 30 years of experience ranging from auditing with Deloitte, tax with KPMG to ERP implementation at Quantum Corporation prior to forming her own firm.
In her free time Elaine Diana enjoys cooking, dancing, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
CAROLINE PHAN
Senior Tax Director / CPA
Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant, which she earned while working at KPMG.
Caroline enjoys many sports including: tennis, golf, bicycling and football. She also enjoys gardening, DIY projects, writing and dancing.
MELISSA CHAN
COO / CTRP / AFSP
Senior Accountant & Tax Specialist
Melissa is a Certified Registered Tax Preparer and is the COO, Accountant and Systems Director here at Chan CPA. She received a full-ride gymnastics scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated in 2009 with her bachelor’s degree.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband, daughters (Kylee & Siana), dog (Brownie).

SANDY DRASNY
Accounting Manager
Sandy, our Accounting Manager, was an owner and CFO of her own business for 6 years. In addition, she served as Vice President of Lietz Elementary School Home & School Club and Treasurer of Dartmouth Band Boosters.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys hiking, biking and camping with family and friends, sewing, and cooking.
Jessica Kelly

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys singing in her church choir, traveling and spending time with her son and family.
Jennifer Wohlwend
Tax / Accounting Staff
Jennifer received her BS in Psychology from Palo Alto University. At Chan CPA, she contributes to the tax / accounting team as well as the administrative team.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her friends & family and her two cats, Dewey & Chloe.

Office Manager
As the Senior Office Manager and Assistant to CEO/President, Bonnie keeps day to day activities running smoothly – and so much more!
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family on both the East and West Coasts.
